Board of Directors:
Michael O’Bee, B.A. (Hons), M.B.A., is Managing Director in Strategic Investments at Scotiabank. He currently serves on the board of directors of ten companies, including Dundee Bank of Canada where he is also Chief Executive Officer. Michael and his wife Lorraine Lee are the proud parents of two TNS graduates and live in east Toronto.
Adam Ferguson, B.A. (Hons), is Associate Head of School and is an AP Economics, International Business and Mathematics teacher at The Toronto New School.
Michael Wenban, M.A., LL.M., M.B.A., is a Senior Partner of the Monitor Group, a global management consultancy, and is Co-Head of Monitor Company Canada. Michael serves on several not-for-profit Boards / Advisory Boards and is a TNS parent who lives in Toronto.
