The Process

Admissions Process

1)     An initial inquiry for admissions to the school will be submitted, by phone or email. An inquiry by phone is forwarded to extension 330. A member of the admissions team responsible for initial inquiries, will be in touch with your family to:

  1. Answer preliminary questions
  2. Arrange for a personal  tour if requested
  3. Send out an information and application package either by mail or by email

Once an application has been completed and returned to the school by a prospective family, all academic documents will be reviewed by the admissions team.

2)     An Initial interview for admissions is conducted by the Associate Head of School and one member of staff. The purpose of the interview is to get to know the prospective family and student and ascertain whether or not the student is the right fit for TNS. A successful first interview will result in the recommendation of a final interview, from the Associate Head of School.

3)     A final interview for admissions is conducted by the Head of School to determine whether an offer of admission to the school will be made. If a student is accepted into the school, a letter of acceptance and registration package is provided to the family by mail.
